Celebrate Summer at Northalsted Market Days Street Festival
Join 300,000 revelers this weekend at one of Chicago’s most vibrant events, the Northalsted Market Days Street Festival. For two days, August 11-12, you’ll encounter a colorful, inclusive bash that takes over six blocks of Chicago's Boystown/Lakeview neighborhood. The festival is geared towards the LGBTQ community, and it’s open to all. It’s also the largest street festival in the entire Midwest!
Chicago’s Biggest Summer Block Party
Northalsted Market Days kicks off at 11:00 a.m. both days and runs until 10:00 p.m., although you’ll find plenty of after-parties and events that stay lit well into the night. The outdoor street festival takes over North Halsted Street between Belmont and Addison – about five miles north of our River North hotel. Admission is free with a $10 suggested donation. At the party, you’ll find plenty of diversions to keep you entertained, including:

How to Get to Northalsted Market Days in Chicago
Parking is very limited and public transportation is encouraged. The festival is just a short walk away from the CTA Belmont Red/Brown/Purple Line Station or the CTA Addison Red Line Station.
