When it comes to indulgence, nothing beats wine and chocolate. The Chicago Artisan Chocolate Show, occurring April 22nd and 23rd at the Stephen M. Bailey Auditorium, will highlight over 40 exhibitors featuring the very best in chocolate artisan food (including olive oil and baked goods), and wine. Plus, a portion of each ticket sale will benefit The Bear Necessities Pediatric Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing hope and support to those effected by pediatric cancer. Tickets for The Chicago Artisan Chocolate Show can be bought in advance here, otherwise $40 at the door.
If you’re looking for some education to pair with your afternoon treats, be sure to attend one of the many talks and demonstrations included with your ticket. Talks and demonstrations will range in topic from farming cacao in Hawaii, to liqueur-infused culinary treats, to how to pair cauliflower with curry powder.
