Chicago’s Ice Skating Rink in Millennium Park

The ice rink at Millennium Park is open daily through March 4 (weather permitting). Skating is free and skate rentals cost $12/pair Monday through Thursday and $14/pair Friday through Sunday. Ice skating lessons are Friday through Sunday one hour before the rink opens. Here’s the schedule for 2018 (please note: special times on holidays may apply):
- Monday-Thursday: 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- Friday: 12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. (ice skating lesson at 11:00 a.m.)
- Saturday: 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (ice skating lesson at 9:00 a.m.)
- Sunday: 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (ice skating lesson at 9:00 a.m.)
