In the inspired menu of our restaurant, Italiasia, the delicious cuisines of Italy and Asia are artfully fused to create a unique and exciting dining sensation. Served in a dramatic setting, the artistry of our Executive Chef, Gabriel Ortega, delivers a kaleidoscope of flavors in this blend of East meets West.
Designed to appeal both to Chicago's own discerning diners as well as the Holiday Inn Mart Plaza's guests from around the world, our international cuisine includes such highlights as Chicken Milanese with Indonesian Curried Udon Noodles, Beef Carpaccio with Arugula Salad and Soy Wasabi Vinaigrette, and Linguine with Sautéed Gulf Shrimp and Sweet Peppadew Peppers. Soups, sandwiches and individual-sized classic and fusion pizzas round out the artful menu.
Wines, offered by the bottle and glass, include selections from Argentina, Chile, California, Italy, Washington State, South America and Australia. Along with a great selection of specialty cocktails and martinis, you'll enjoy a large selection of single malt scotch, cognacs, and sake wines including Snow Maiden (Junmai Nigori) and Shizuku divine Droplets (Junmai Daiginjo).
