Plant Chicago is teaming up with local green chefs for its first annual Harvest Dinner on Thursday, October 13 from 6 p.m. - 9 p.m. Join Plant Chicago staff and Board to recognizing the work of individuals and businesses that are pioneering the Circular Economy in Chicago.  The event will bring together a select group of Chicago's most progressive practitioners of closed loop food production to raise funds to support current education, farmers market, and green technology programs being held in The Plant, a groundbreaking net-zero community of food businesses. Hosted at Space 1858, guests will enjoy hand-crafted local food from:  Chef Iliana Regan of Elizabeth RestaurantChef James Garron of Soho House/Chicken ShopHead Baker Wesley Ervin of Pleasant House Bakery Our featured Circular Economy honoree: Loyola University Food, silent auction, and more starting at 6pm on October 13th, at Space 1858 (1858 W.
