Lincoln Park Zoo Chicago: Animal Habitats, Gardens, and Carousel
As the wildest spot in Chicago, the Lincoln Park Zoo is home to more than 1,000 animals from around the world. Stroll through the Nature Boardwalk and admire the lush ecosystem in the heart of the city. Hear a lion's roar and roam tropical rainforests, forests, and savannas. Visitors of all ages enjoy the broad representation of mammals, birds, fish, and reptiles including the Regenstein Macaque Forest, Robert and Mayari Pritzker Penguin Cove, Helen Brach Primate House, and Kovler Sea Lion Pool. Little ones are drawn to the children's zoo and rides like the AT&T Endangered Species Carousel and Lionel Train Adventure.

What Animals Will I Find At Lincoln Park Zoo?
The Lincoln Park Zoo features hundreds of animals from around the globe to meet and greet. During your visit, plant to see everything from lemurs, lions, and zebras to meerkats, monkeys, and polar bears. Visit the pythons, boas, crocodiles, and turtles and spy on the birds, amphibians, fish, and insects all inside the zoo.
What Kind Of Activities For Kids Are At The Zoo?
In addition to the Pritzker Family Children's Zoo, kids will be drawn to two attractions in particular at the Lincoln Park Zoo; the AT&T Endangered Species Carousel and the Lionel Train Adventure. Check out a variety of seasonal and ongoing educational programs designed for children that include science and conservation activities combining learning with fun.
